These spatterdashes, also called gaiters, are designed to cover the shoe and can be worn over stockings for early impressions and either over or under trousers for later time periods. They close at the outside with 7 plain buttons.In addition to being the perfect spatterdashes to wear with your Veteran Arms' 1810 or 1812 uniforms, they also suit a variety of impressions from French & Indian War through the 1830's.These gaiters require some simple sewing in order to achieve a perfectly fitted appearance, and come with easy to follow instructions. Buttons are already sewn in place. One size fits all.Shipping for this item is .00 to all locations in the continental US.
