VINTAGE ART DECO MARBLED CHERRY AMBER BAKELITE NECKLACE 81G 36" TESTED 23mmX14mm

Vintage Art Deco bakelite (tested with Simichrome) marbled cherry amber bakelite necklace. Weighing 81 grams and measuring 36 inches with beads that graduate from the largest measuring 23mm x 14mm, 18mm x 12mm, 16mm x 10mm, 12mm x 8mm, 11mm x 9mm, 9mm x 7 mm and down to the smallest 6mm x 3mm. Not only is this necklace a gem in quality with the extensive excellent marbling of each bead but it has a wonderful silver clasp with intertwining elephant heads. It is signed on the backside but I can't make out the name and I was told that the silver was sterling silver but I can't verify that it is sterling silver but definitely silver with very fine details of the elephant heads.
I will start this magnificent genuine cherry amber bakelite necklace at a very low opening bid. Please do not ask me to end the auction with a buy it now price. This will not be an option for this listing.
In very good vintage condition, stringing appears nice and strong.
Note on condition, to the best of my ability flaws will be described in as much detail as possible but please be aware that if the item is vintage or antique it has age wear and in most cases is not in "mint" condition.
