Vintage Extra Long Bakelite and Lucite Necklace Warm Fall Colors Marble Beads

Description

Vintage handsome extra-long Bakelite and Lucite beaded necklace. Assorted beads in round, ovoid, and tomato shape, some with carving. Mix and match of fall colors in assorted tones of chocolate-custard marble, chocolate-toffee marble, bittersweet chocolate marble, toffee-custard marble, chocolate sundae marble, contrasted with off-white Lucite carved beads and transparent Lucite shaped beads with chocolate inclusions. Hangs very nicely around the neck. No closing clasp, vintage link, very safe to wear.
Vintage beads from the 1950s, this necklace was rebuild in the early 1980s. Please check last picture, similar necklaces have been pictured in the famous Fashion Magazine ELLE, UK, and French issues. Excellent vintage condition.
Measurements: Total length is 48.44 in. (123 cm) - The drop is 22.44 in. (57 cm).
Beads: 65 beads in total - largest width is 1.13 in. (2.9 cm).
This necklace has tested positive for vintage traditional Bakelite for its Bakelite beads: yellow residue on the Q-tip when using 409 and Simichrome polish + distinctive vintage Bakelite aroma when using warm running water or rubbing test.
